Cancellation Policy

At Digital Wealth, we aim to provide transparent and customer-friendly services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before opting for any product or service.

  • Once a service request or investment process has been initiated, cancellations may not be possible if documentation or processing has already begun.
  • For services that allow cancellation, you must raise a request within 2 hours of purchase or before the processing starts — whichever is earlier.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent through our official support channels.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only for eligible services that have not been processed or utilized.
  • Refunds are not applicable once any of the following is completed:
    • KYC verification
    • Transaction submission to partner platform / exchange
    • Pre-IPO / Unlisted share purchase execution
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 24–48 working hours.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Pre-IPO / Unlisted Shares
  • Research reports or advisory calls already delivered
  • Digital products or services accessed or used
  • Processing fees, convenience charges, or transaction charges

Order Rejections

If an order fails due to technical reasons, payment failure, or stock unavailability, the paid amount (if any) will be refunded automatically within 7–10 working days.
